I have created a menu however i am having a few issues

1. how do I add the option of quantity to each item
2. can i automatically calculate the amount due
3. can courier charges be added according to defined locations

Upon checking, you have added Multiple Choice Properties for the items. In this case, it would be best for you to use the Product List widget in your form. For instructions on how you could add it, please see this link.
