All my forms are disabled in my website !!! What's happened?
It's like my account was disactived ?
Can you reactive may account please ?

Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused. Your forms should now be back online.
One of your forms was suspected to be used for phishing so it was automatically suspended by our system for prevention. Since I found nothing malicious with your forms after reviewing it here, I have removed the suspension right away. I have also whitelisted the form to avoid this from occuring again. Your account should be fine by now.
