How can I access my saved form?

    Hello,

    I'm participating in a group that's using a form that is saved in “JotForm” to have us save our info. I saved my form as directed, and received an email back with a link to access my form going forward. However, I just tried to access my form by clicking on the link I was sent, and it just takes me to a page that's requesting me to log in or sign up. Can you please help me get back to my form?

    Hello Nancy,

    I checked that link from our mail log on the email that was sent to you.

    The form owner has deleted that entire form and hence the draft link is also deleted.

    I would request you to contact the form owner directly.
