Keep getting captcha page after submitting answer

    Hello,


    Recently we started getting the captcha after submitting our forms.

    How can this be turned off? The option to disable within form settings is no longer there.

    Hi Allison,

    Thank you for your patience as I coordinated with our corresponding team.

    Typically, the process for getting rid of Captcha would be to whitelist your account; however, due to our policies we cannot whitelist Free Accounts.

    Sometimes Captcha will appear if a certain browser app is flagged or if a anti-virus scan hasn't been performed lately. Have you had a chance to recently run an anti-virus scan?
