Everything works, however the form is not displayed in the email - it is blank!

    From my understanding, you are having trouble receiving the Email Alerts that should be sent to your email address everytime your form http://form.jotform.us/form/41137732318148 is submitted.

    I do see that your form does not have any submissions yet. Please make sure to test the Email Alert by making actual submissions to your form as opposed to using the Test Email option.

    Do let us know if the issue persists after making actual submissions to your form. Thank you.
