Why aren't new submissions delivered to my new address?Asked by progress on April 27, 2014 at 11:50 AM
I deleted the email that submissions are sent to almost a year ago and changed it to a new one, but submissions are still be delivered to the old email. The recipients email has the new email but a test submission still went to the old email. I need help solving the problem.
From my understanding this is happening on form: http://www.jotform.com/form/2375235075.
I do see that the email alert has the recipient email address set to: email@example.com
This form also contains conditional rules, that if met, should send the submissions to email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
If your intentions were to send all submissions to email address email@example.com then it might be best for you to delete the current email alert and recreate it, then add the proper email address on the recipient email address field.
Please elaborate further on which is the email adress you needed the email alerts to be sent to.
