How are we suppose to submit if it keeps timing out?

The Harpo Foundation has an on-line application form.  Everytime I submit it says "please wait" and stalls.  I've used Microsoft Explorer and Safari.  It seems to be a big issue.  The website indicated to contact you if there was a problem submitting. 

I do see that your form has mutiple file upload fields. There could be a chance if too many files are being uploaded at once it may stall the internet connection. Is this happening on multiple computers or internet connections? does this happen with 4-6 files being upload at once?
