Suffling the quesitions

I need to shuffle the questions, but found that the texts (which are instructions or descriptions of the questionnaire) cannot be excluded, because there are no ID fields for the texts (as well as the pictures that I inserted). How can I solve this issue?

It is possible to exclude shuffling the fields of your choice and the Shuffle widget can be used for your request. With our Shuffle widget, you can exclude any field based on their field ID or Index. Please follow the steps below:

1. On the Form, Builder Page clicks on Add Form Element and goes to the Widgets tab.
2. Search for Shuffle and simply drag-and-drop to your form.
3. Click the Wand icon on the Shuffle Widgets to open Widget Settings.
4. Now, you can add the excluded fields to the Shuffle widget based on Field Index or Field ID depending on your choice.

In order to learn which field corresponds to which field ID;

1. Simply hover your mouse on the field and click on the Gear icon.
2. Click the Gear icon and go to the Advance tab.
3. Scroll down and find Field Details.

If there is no information on Field IDs, you can use Field Index. Field Indexes are the field numbers that are starting from top to bottom of your form. You can count them and write down their index number on your Shuffle Widget.

Thanks. May I check with you, does the heading and the "Shuffle Widget" itself also count as one Field Index number？E.g., is the the heading "Online Questionnaire on XXX" is the "1" and the "Shuffle Widget" is the "3"?

Yes, that is correct. All fields has an index number and for your case, Online Questionnaire on XXX is the 1st and the Shuffle Widget is the 3rd as you mentioned.
