    Why am I not getting the email after it say that the form was sucessfully sent?

    I am TRYING to save the form in a PDF in a secure fashion so no one can alter my application. at the top by where the link is I check the box that, I believe, says secure and then I email it to myself. The message pops up that says the email was sent sucessfully and  i get no email. I have checked the junk mail and all. Nothing. Can you PLEASE help me???? I have spent so much time getting this template exactly how i need and want it and now there is no way for me to save it. The reason it needs to be saved is because it will be sent out US mail and not through a computer link.

    I also used the template that is the Oklahoma City Poodle form and since its for a different breed dog I don't get why when I do send the link even though I have renamed it, it still says Oklahoma City Poodle club!

    Hi,

    They are sent to your "ladyd2002@yahoo.com" email since this is the form recipient of your forms. This email is not in the bounce list. When I send a test email, the following server log indicates a successful delivery of the notification. Would you mind checking your email inbox?
