My forms are no longer being emailed to me?

My forms have stopped going to my inbox automatically, and I have to log into your website and log into my account to retrieve them. I am unaware when forms are being sent, and I'm now starting to receive customer complaints, which worries me. Is there anything I can do to fix it? My account is under the email stevelittle7@yahoo.com, and the email which the forms were going to automatically was sweettalkcakes@gmail.com. I would like that to work again, so please let me know if there is anything I can do. Thanks, Steve

    Hello scubasteve7,

I did check few of your last edited form and did not find any issue with that. I also checked the email logs and found that emails are being sent successfully. Please check the log below:

    /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[30/Apr/2014:13:00:53 +0000] 20555666631153 AmazonSES Sent email to sweettalkcakes@gmail.com -  MessageID:00000145b2b93306-c7b50f7e-4fbb-4c65-ac44-5171f2e6d1d8-000000 - RequestId:75d8d4a6-d067-11e3-8eef-8ba348f9053a

One of your form "Sweet Talk Order Form", I found that you are using custom sender email. The "Sender Email" and the "Recipient Email" both have the same email address "sweettalkcakes@gmail.com" which is not advisable. That could be the reason you are not receiving submission emails form this form. Please check the screenshot below:

Please use different email address in "Sender Email" and "Recipient Email" and that should solve your problem.

Please implement the changes as mentioned above and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

I appreciate the response. I use to have the actual form emailed to me, so I could easily view and print. Then it just stopped without any reason. Now I have begun receiving emails, but with no form information. It simply has a line of text that says undefined. I don't want to have to log into jotform website to receive my form information. It is an additional timely step.
