How do I create a payment form with multiple pages?

    I'm running a summer camp business for kids and this year I am trying to create online forms using your service. There are basic tution fees, which I would like to have displayed on its own page and then there are extra costs (t-shirts, DVD, Programs ads, etc.). the final page would list the final totals and payment information.

    Is this possible??

    There is no way to do this via the editor, since the Payment field is considered as a single field. However, we can apply custom CSS to style the payment field, here is a link to the article that might give you an idea on this:
