Mensagens para meu próprio e-mail

Fiz o formulário, tudo certo, até que mandei para mim mesma um e-mail teste e quando percebi, este e-mail não chegara á minha caixa de e-mail que registrei como destinatário, mas sim á minha conta no próprio site do JotForm.Após isso verifiquei novamente, e estava tudo de acordo, então mandei um e-mail teste e vi que não funcionou mesmo assim, o e-mail sequer chegou na minha caixa de e-mail.

Por favor, preciso de ajuda para resolver essa situação.

Hi, when you click on the "Test Email" button the notification will be sent to the email address used on your account.

In order to make sure you will be getting the email notifications to the email address used for submission notifications, you need to make a live test. While on the edit mode of your form, click on "Preview", fill your form out, and submit it.
