Hi Dr. Zuccolotto,
You can downgrade your account to Free account, you won't be charged and you can keep your forms should you need them in the future. Kindly tell us if you upgraded your account using PayPal. In case you can't downgrade from the website, let us know and we will do it for you. Once downgrade is done, you will no longer be charged on the next billing cycle.
If you are paying fromPayPal however, kindly login to your paypal account and cancel your subscription from there. Otherwise, if you really want us to delete your account, let us know.

Hi Dr. Zuccolotto,
Sorry I forgot to mention. You can downgrade to free account by logging in to your account, once logged in please got to: http://support.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. It will show you the different plans available as well as your current plan. Just click on the downgrade button below the FREE column.
