My report is not updating the information

    I receive notifications from Jotform that I have a new submission for my report  and when I download lmy report the new submissions are not there. Please help thanks,

    Hi,

    I checked your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40726081394960 submission data, and I see it has 20 submissions at this time. And when I checked in the form submission page, the same number of submission is shown.

    I also checked the Excel Report https://www.jotform.com/excel/41175448447056  and it also shows all the submissions of the form

    Please inform us if you are still having this issue at this time.

    If it does, try also creating a new Report, see if it properly updates this time.
