My form always doesn't show at first, it will show after I refresh the page everytime. Why is this happening? thx.

It happens in chrome.

It happens in IE but different, it will show all my form infos includes hide section and submit without required infos.

It shows properly everytime in Firefox.

Your form shows when I first visited your site. What browser are you using? Kindly try clearing your cache and see if this helps.

Also try using a different browser just in case if haven't tried it yet. Infrm us here if you are still experiencing same problem.
