We have been charged 6 times during March and April for our usual monthly fee of $9.95. We need to be refunded for 4 of these. Please advise.

Our credit card account was charged on 3/6, 3/17, 3/18, 4/8, 4/15 and 4/16 for the usual monthly fee of $9.95.  On 4/23, 2 fees were refunded.  We should still be refunded for 2 more.

Very sorry about this.  Two more charged were reverted. So there should be only 1 charge for each month.
