We need the routing capabilities of Docusign as well as the security that tracks thing. Still need a connection to DocuSign

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not have integration with DocuSign as of the moment. I have raised this as a feature request for a consideration. Since we have few request on the pipeline and there is no trending request about this, it may not likely be implemented in a short period of time. Rest assured, any progress about your request will be posted here.

Please consider using any of the two e-signature tool as of now.

    Thank you!

The widget has been developed: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusign

Please review it and let us know if everything works as expected.

Little lost on the integration.  Somewhere between having to create a developer account (I'm clearly not a developer, or I likely wouldn't be lost) and building a template based on ... what exactly?

Can you dumb any of this down?

I checked on this and I honestly can see the reason behind why you've asked for this to be dumbed down some. Upon checking it I found that it is currently applied using an integrator key to connect it with a Dev Account and also a Normal Account to make this work.

It currently looks like the Integrator Key offers more control over it instead of having to reimplement it each time, but I will try to find out from our developer more about it. I will also run some further tests on this myself to figure this out more for reference and to help you. Right now it is the only solution we have. Perhaps there is an easier way somehow where we might be able to switch it over to strictly API as I can see this is already supported by Docusign. I'm not sure why we did that other than the fact that there is probably a good reason behind doing it the current way we have it.

At the moment all you need to do is make sure you have a DocuSign Account with a Template that you have set up through them using a Document of your choice as you see fit there. Next come back here and add the Widget to your Form in the formbuilder followed by using your DS Account Details to activate the widget integration to connect the two together. The links to the documents provide full documentation on how to implement the hard parts such as the Integrator Key and these are what you need to add there, but I do understand how this might be confusing since it requires further configurations.

I'm sorry, but there's no way to avoid these requirements. DocuSign API requires all these data for authentication and I found no workaround for it. We'll consider updating widget's info so it would be more helpful, but it's everything we can do.

Depending on what you're trying to do, DocuSign Powerforms may be an option for you.

We've made significant updates on the widget -

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusign

It's now easier to use and easy to connect your DocuSign account.

Please try it out and let us know.

    Thanks!
