    How do I add a pdf or word document to my form?

    I am developing a registration form for a summer camp and would like to add a waiver that people can download from the form. How can I do that?

    Hi,

    You can use Text Tool and place the file URL of your PDF or Word document so users can click on it and download it from your form.

    If you want the PDF to be viewable within your form, use this widget.

    Note that you must upload your file on your server since Jotform does not support document file uploading on form edit mode.
