My form has dissapeared

    Good afternoon:

    Some weeks ago I created a form from my Google Drive account, but without registering at JotForm. Now, I can't modify my form, although I've created a JotForm account. Can you help me, please?

    Hello FormACG,

    Upon checking your form, I found that it is associated with a different account. The email address used in this account is "responsablejovenesgetafe@gmail.com". Do you have access to this email address? If yes then you can reset the password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in "Sign In" window. Please check the screenshot below:

    Alternatively, you can send us an email to support@jotform.com from the above mentioned email address and we will transfer the forms to your new account.

    I'd had forgotten that I'd created the form with another account. That was my mistake.
