"Send us your files" form - submit button disappears

Hello Team JotForm,

I am using your "Send us your files" form for Facebook. The form has successfully been added to my Facebook pages; however, when I upload my photo (only 4.7MB out of your max of 500MB), the "Submit" button disappears. Without the button, I'm not able to submit a test form to myself.

I have tried this on Chrome, Firefox and Safari (I'm on a Mac) and the button disappears every time.

Please help! I am very excited about the possibility of this form, but without the submit button, it does me no good.

I have checked your form and found that when i tried to upload an image the submit button disappear and after sometimes it appear again. Please see the screenshot below:

In the attached screenshot, you will see where I have uploaded a photo via
the form. That has been sitting there for at least 30 minutes, and the
"Submit File(s)" button has yet to appear.
Can you offer any advice?

I have noticed that it takes 1/2 minitues to select the image and then the submit button appear.

I found that you made some change in your form and now the problem has gone.
