deleted form accidently?

our form shows as deleted but this was not our intent

You can still restore the deleted form/s from the Trash folder in your My Forms page https://www.jotform.com/myforms/

Select the form and use the Restore button to restore the form.

When you restore the form/s , the submission data will also be restored. You can check them on the My Forms Submission page.
