Submissions counter shows different # than actual submissions

Hello,

I was wondering why the number of submissions in my submissions counter does not match what is shown in My Forms.  The submissions ticker shows that I should have 91 submissions, while there are actually only 78.  Are there submissions that are not going through?  Please help me resolve this issue.

Hello,

I checked your account and noticed the same anomaly.

I checked for any fields on the form which might cause this, or any setting in your account that might cause this - I could not come up with nothing.

Please do the following:

 - Use the submission master App to see the history of your submissions - basically in a lot more detail

 - If the app reports the same number of submissions, I shall ask our developers to take a look at this.

It could be a bug - our developers will know better.
