received email regarding account - can you upgrade for just 2 months?

    We only have need of this for 2 months of the year for our Sports & Arts program.

    Our subscriptions are based on recurring monthly or yearly charges. You can upgrade and cancel the subscription right after the second charge. This way, your account will remain on paid status for the desired period,only.

    To upgrade make sure to open a fresh session in Jotform, then go to Pricing page and choose the Plan.

    To downgrade, go to your account- billing section.The pricin page will show the current plan you got and you just need to click on switch at the Free Plan option.

    I filled out the payment plan page. Will my page automatically work again or do I need to do something since the account was disabled?
