account suspended -- suspected of phishing

I was working on one of three forms on my account and was infomed that my account was suspende for suspicion of phishing. I'm a new webmaster for EAA chapter 14 and the previous webmaster has embedded JotForms in the site. I was trying to figure out how to make a minor change on one of the forms and re-embed it when I was kicked off.

What do I need to do to get things re-instated

We have fixed the problem. It seems you were trying to clone templates from within the form builder. To correctly get a new template, simply look for it in the Gallery and click on USE TEMPLATE
