Can you please check why our clients get an error message on successful completion of our pretest and get back to me

    Hi Sheila

     

    Thank you for the information. I’ve just completed the test you linked to below.

     

    When one have completed it, you get directed to a webpage which I believe need some attention from someone at BI. You can see the error message in the screenshot below.

     

    Maybe some technicians could take a look at it?
