Connection between submitted forms and excel file

Is it possible to have a submitted form that does not get transferred to the table, i.e., excel, pdf?  If yes, how did I lose 2 submissions so I don't do it again.

If you are talking about having submissions to bypass our servers so they won't show in the submissions page, that is not possible to happen. However, if you go to submissions page and you delete them, there is no way to retrieve them.
