All of my forms are leaving the message: Allocated Quota for this Form has been Reached. Please help resolve this issue.

When one of your form goes over the submission/SSL/payment/storage limits, all your forms are made unavailable till the month is over - then your quota is reset for the next month.
Seems you have gone over the limit this month with:
1. Payment quotas (19/10)
2. Secure Submission quotas.(12/10)
Please review our plans and their associated privileges.
Since this is your first request - I have reset your overlimit - so your forms are now available - but I would strongly advice that you take up one of our modestly priced paid plans
This will prevent any automated suspensions due to surpassing your quota limits.
