    How can I group products?

Asked by jolizzy1 on May 17, 2014 at 06:28 PM

I want to add multiple products by type, for example:

    Swim team

          Swimmer 1

          Swimmer 2 (discounted)

    Swim lessons

          One week session

          additional sibling

          two week session

          additional sibling

         1 month pass

         season pass

    Open Swim Pass

        13 Swim Punch Card

Family Pass (up to 6 family members)

        Additional family members

I want all of this to be available in one payment.  Is this possible?

I haven't used Jotform since last year, but you all were spectacularly helpful.  Looking forward to more good solutions!

It's nice to hear from you again, jolizzy1! We have a couple of user guides which deal with this:

How to Have Sub-Category or Sub-Labels on an Order Form

How to Add a Sub-Category to an Order Form

The second guide expands on the first but you would need to get the form's full source code and embed it in a web page of your own, which has the disadvantage of having to re-embed the code each time you change something on the form.

Seeing the sort of formatting you wish to accomplish, the solution at the first guide should suffice. Let me work on a clone of your form and get back to you later today with a full explanation with what I did.

    Ciao for now.

    Hi again jolizzy1,

Before I get into the details, is the formatting and functionality of this clone of the form along the lines of what you want to achieve?

(My name is actually Wayne but you can call me Dwayne lol)

Of course, there’s no Duh in Wayne. :) I remembered this morning.

Your form looks like what I was thinking of, but I’m meeting with the pool president on Tues, so let me get back to you Wed about exactly what she wants.

    Thank you!

    Hello Wayne,

The clone is just what we need! Can you clone your clone to my account? If not, the links you sent look pretty straightforward.
    Thank you,
