Google integration broken!

For the last week I've been having trouble with Google and Jotform integrating. It had been set up to integrate automatically to my google spreadsheet but it stopped for some reason. I don't want to reintegrate the two because I have over 3,000 submissions and I don't need all of them. Any suggestions on how to reintegrate without having all the submissions show up on the new from?

    Hello danielschmoyer,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

It seems that you have 3000 submission records in your form and your integration with google spreadsheet is broken. You want to re-integrate your form with google spreadsheet but do not want the old submissions to be part of the new spreadsheet. Is that correct?

Unfortunately, there is no way to stop the submission records from being copied to your spreadsheet. Once you re-integrate your form with google spreadsheet, it will always copy the existing submission records.

There are only two possible options to achieve your requirement:

    1. Since you already have submission records in your google spreadsheet, you can delete the existing form submissions and then integrate it with google spreadsheet. I can see that you have upload field in your form. Please be noted that deleting a submission record will also delete the uploaded file as well. You should have a backup of your file attachment.

    2. Clone you form and then embed it with google spreadsheet. Please be noted that you will also have to embed this cloned form in your web page.  The following guide should help you in form cloning:  http://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

    Hope this helps.
