Zip Code, Numeric Figures only error - PayPal

One of my forms returned an error to a user in the Payment section that her zip code needed to be in numeric only, she was never able to get past the error and make a donation, her zip code is in numeric values. It is 92234.

It seems kind of random because I ran a test and was able to submit the form with credit card payment info including my zip wich also starts with 9 and had no problem.

Why would she be recieving this error?

This could be due to differet issues. It could be the user may have put a space on the field before of after the zip code. I would suggest to find out which browser the user tried to perform the donation form. If possible, I would also suggest for the user to try Google Chrome when submitting the form. Is this the only user that has had this problem?
