When I try to use the prepopulate app. it keep asking log in, I can not do anything else. What did I do wrong?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
What happens when you try to sign in? Do you get any error or just nothing happens?
I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you in clearing the browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
Can you try to use "PrePopulate Fields" app from chrome browser and see if that helps you in any way.

I click "populate fields" after click on the link
it asks for id and password. I put my jetform id and pass word, but
nothing happen, not go anywhere.

Kindly try it using Google Chrome, if you have this browser. But first, delete the App Access to your API Settings: http://www.jotform.us/myaccount/api
