Did you complete the payment process after redirected to Paypal? If you leave on that page, the submissions will end up as pending or incomplete payment on your form submissions page. https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Pending-Submissions?
If you want to receive email notification on every incomplete payments, you can set that on your payment field properties. Here's how:
Note that incomplete payment notifications are sent every 30 mins. A submission is considered an incomplete payment is at least 30 minutes old. This is to give allowance for the IPN's to come through to our servers if the payment was completed on Paypal's side, there are times when IPN delivery is delayed.
