    missing submissions

    Hi we have been receiving email submissions but they are not appearing on the jotform platform for todays submissions.

    I am lucky because I have downloaded the excel file, but now? It is all ok or we are still missing other subscriptions?

    Missing all but only a few, seemingly random, submissions... forms cloned yesterday and today also vanished. Extremely embarassing.

    Same here. Went to bed last night and had about 30 submissions and today I see submissions from a couple of days ago. WTF is going on?

    Hello,

    The issue is now fixed - Your forms/submissions have now been restored. 

    This was caused by a database replication problem on our end - and we have fixed it now.

    my form still does not show my changes that I made and put into place
    yesterday. Could you check into this again please? I edited the form to
    include some links to appear conditionally yesterday and the form was saved
    and working all afternoon, now it has reverted back to the way it was on
    Monday before I made all of my changes.

    As a new user, I’m betting I hit my quota without realizing there was one. I’m happy to upgrade but will need the data that was in responses.
    Will need no later than tomorrow. Is that possible? And, I can upgrade if that’s required.
