    Hi Ashutosh,

Unfortunately we do not have similar function to what is shown on the screenshot. Is this what you mean with your question? Apparently, the screen illustrates about tallying the result dynamically on the form base on the user reply. I don't think this is possible with Jotform. Our quiz builder app is still under development.

However, I believe this can be achieve with using conditions as a workaround. You can create conditions where if the user check the correct answer, you can show additional fields, text or perform any hide/show action. Please check this guide to learn how to create conditional logics on the form. http://www.jotform.me/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic

Please let us know if I have misunderstood your question or if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!

We are trying hard to understand your problem, and so far this is what I think you might be talking about.

Are you referring to the superscript characters (i.e., ³) not being pasted as is in the field labels?
