When trying to edit a submitted form it says "This Form is Currently Unavailable"

I use a form that when gets filled out it gets sent to our athletic director with a link to edit it, where he types in his credentials and check the attributes of teh applicant and resubmits.  The link he is getting in teh emails when he clicks on it, says "This form is currently unavailable"  I then logged in adn tried to edit teh forms and am getting teh same response.

I checked your account and the form seems to be disabled currently. If you wish to re-enable your form you can do so from My Forms page. Here is a screenshot:

OK I enabled it. Now when someone fills it out and hits submit it says form is unavailable, and it is not submitted

Checking further, the problem is that you have set a limit of 50 submisisons in that form

 

So the form has maxed out the limit, and it currently shows 52 submisisons

 

Removing the limit or increasing it should fix this problem.
