This is a disaster - Form reverts & Submissions Lost

Launched a project for a client ....

Submissions started yesterday ... I come in this morning and any submissions have gone.

Spend the whole morning recreating the form ... as the revision history is garbage ...

WTF ... I need the submissions back ... and do not screw with the form that I had to recreate this morning.

Can you advise.
