Since recently I have a problem with jotform. Yesterday I bult thre forms (URL of one of these see stated below).
Now the problem with these forms are the following:
When I first created them, they appeared for a certain time (perhaps one or two hours) then disappeared. When I created them for a second time, the stayed. But the same happens, whe I make changes in these forms. The changes appear for a few hours, then disappear again and the form appears as before.
Is this a known problem or is it a problem located at our server?

We had database replication problems last May 21st, but I believe that has been resolved now.
You can use Revision History to revert your form back to the correct version.
Please confirm if the problem is still persisting on your end as of today. Do the changes made today not reflect on your form?
