    Switch Subscription

    Hello.

    I need to switch my subscription, cause i need more than 1000 monthly submission (now I have "premium", and I need "Economy"). But when I try to do this, I click on "upgrade" button and see pop-up window:

    "Switching Plans in Process...

    Switch should complete in a few minutes. If it does not contact our support team"

     

    And nothing else... So, can you switch my subscribe? I need "Economy" service.

    Can you tell me, how long can we use this subscribe


    I mean, "Premium" cost is $10 and "Economy" cost is $20, how can we payd the difference?

     

    And really thank for your help, we have a lot of problem without your help! =)

    A prorated refund is applied to your Premium Subscription and the Economy Plan have been charged to your card in full. There's no need to do anything. If you need to switch your subscription in the coming days or months, just please let us know and we'll do it for you.
