Can senders submit high resolution photos?

    The submission we have received so far are web res only. Can we receive photos up to 2000 pixels wide?

    You meant upload high resolution photos right?

    Yes it can be done using JotForm form. What matters actually is the uploaded filesize

    I suggest you also review the user guide about the Upload field filesize here

    The maximum file size per upload session is 1GB -- so, the file size of the high resolution photo should not exceed the limit so that it can be uploaded properly.
