Guys, I only was used Jotform form as free plan.
Yesterday, after update to premium plan, one of my forms goes back, for a early version (not finished, notcomplete, not finished etc), with previous design, fields...
The new one (when I had finished) was so great, I already tested all fields, I've sent 3 tests and was perfect!!

I've found in the history system, all updates are registered. My finished version were:
    "Mon, 26 May 14 - 18:15
You have updated Cadastro de interessados na criação da Associação de Modelismo de Caraguatatuba".
But the link showed at history list, not open

But it's not listed after it. When I try open it at my home, it's early version
    (Mon, 26 May 14 - 22:23
You have updated Membership Application Form
), where my updated acctually form??

    What's going on?
Where is my finished form?? I need redo the form again...?? Noooo...

    Please, help me!

    Thanks and regards,

    Hello ecodrones,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Are you sure you have not signed in to your account from two different location and loaded the form in editor? Since we have auto save feature, it will always overwrite your form.

Have you checked our "Revision History" feature already? This will help you find out what changes you have made to your form and you can also revert your form to any previous versions. The following guide should help you:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    It's really great, thanks!
