    What is the IPN URL address that goes into the Notification field for my form?

    I'm creating a payment form using your PayPal Pro template to take payments on our website alluretanning.com. (PayPal Pro Payment Form, in My Forms). The specific page the form is on URL: http://www.alluretanning.com/spraypromo11.html

    I'm inserting this form into Adobe Muse and have limited programming skills. Everything seems to work until after I hit the submit button and I get an error saying "Invalid Configuration. This transaction can not be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration". (see attached image).

    I have all the correct API info and PayPal says my account is set up correctly but I may not have the IPN setting correct. And they are of NO help as to what specifically the Default URL for my listener in the Notification URL field should be.

    Your site say I can use "https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php" or, after viewing my website, is there another URL that needs to go there?

    The error does not have anything to do with IPN, and occurs if you have not accepted 'billing agreement' for your Paypal Pro account, according to this error code page.

    As this concerns your merchant account, I would advise contacting Paypal Support for further assistance.
