    Dear JotForm

Thank you for a great product. I'm just playing around with it at the moment, testing to see if it will suit our needs for a specific project.

Part of the form I'm creating has an upload function, and ideally I would like respondents to be able to upload a photograph from their mobile phone, (and indeed complete the whole form on thier mobile device.)

I currently get an error message saying that the file exceeds the upload limit.

This is on an iphone, trying to upload a photograph.

my question: is there a limit to the upload size on the free subscription?

And secondly Is there an upload limit to any of the paid subscriptions?

    Thank you for your help.

    Kind regards,

    Melanie

    Hi Melanie,

You can change the upload size limit by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit. In this guide, you can find the limits using our upload field.

With regards to the type of subscription, Free Account is limited to 100MB of file storage. If you will reach this limit, your forms will be temporarily disabled and your account status will change to "Overlimit". When your forms are disabled, no one would be able to submit to it.

Removing the uploaded files to your form would free up your account storage limit, but please be sure to backup those files first before deleting it from your form. Otherwise, there is no way to retrieve it back.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reply back.

    Thanks
