I added an email address to be notified when there is a form submission. It was working properly, but now it has stopped. What do I do now?

    Hi,

Upon checking your form notifier I found that the settings are correctly setup and the mail logs for your recipient emails show that the emails are being delivered with no issues:

    Current Server:

    /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[29/May/2014:07:56:26 -0400] 1933211156 AmazonSES Sent email to steve@upscaleremodeling.com, aj@upscaleremodeling.com -  MessageID:0000014647d6a013-ef8c12f6-2b09-478d-ac78-6ef44bc1bb75-000000 - RequestId:4346860d-e728-11e3-8995-afa557e55a0e

    /var/log/jotform/amazonSES.log:[29/May/2014:10:47:16 -0400] 1933211156 AmazonSES Sent email to steve@upscaleremodeling.com, aj@upscaleremodeling.com -  MessageID:00000146487306dc-ad29612f-553f-4baf-babe-22fd72f7ed1c-000000 - RequestId:20b56a41-e740-11e3-a48b-236959f19cb1

So, please make sure to check whether the emails are in the spam folder or not. Proabably they are flagged as spam. Whitelisting our domain names may help to resolve this issue, simply contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist the following domain names:

We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.

    ·        jotform.com

    ·        email.amazonses.com

    ·        amazonses.com

    ·        jotform.co

    ·        secure.jotform.co

    ·        s3.amazonaws.com
