Hi, i have upgraded my account and paid 9.95$ but got a message that my account is over the limit and was closed (although it was'nt according to my plan).
what is up??

When I check your order, I found no username in it so that's the reason why your account wasn't automatically upgraded by the system. Anyway, I have now fixed it so it should be fine by now.
