Why is my account suspeneded??

Our Jot Form on our website has been disabled we need to know why as we have not had over 100 submissions even for this month?? We can not run our website without Jotform, also your site seems to have a bad delay. Not sure as to why. Might there be a phone number we can reach you at to discuss this matter further.

Your form is currently showing overlimit status. Free account is limited to 100 submissions, 10 SSL, 100 MB space and 10 receive payments. If any of these limits is exceeded, the forms will get disabled. You have already got 14 SSL which is more than the limit and hence the problem caused.

It will continue until the first day of the next month. That means from June 01, 2014.

From now on you should uncheck the "secure form" option while getting the embed code of your form if you don't want to submit your form securely or avoid SSL.

Also make sure you are not using https:// to your form URL.
