I do not use JotForm on a regular basis.
However when i do use it, i would often exceed 100 submissions for that month.
So my question is if i can pay only for the month that i require ?

The answer for your question is Yes. Since our subscriptions are recurring subscription, the correct procedure to follow is the next one:
1. Upgrade your account from the Upgrade/Billing section of your account while being logged in and by subscribing to a paid plan. Here is the link of the Upgrade/Billing section: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing
2. Once you have purchased the subscription you need to contact us so that we can cancel your subscription and avoid future charges.
Cancelling your subscription means that you will not be charged again, but your account will remain in paid status until the date you paid for expires.
That way you will be charged just for the month you need.
