    Cannot clone form from my account

    Dear Sir,

    I just tried today cloning my "Contact us" form.

    I selected the form and clicked on "More" on the right side of screen, then clicked on "Clone form"

    I do see a kind of small round clock at the bottom right of my page saying "working" but finally nothing happens.

     

    I tried several times but no new form is created.

    Can you please tell me if I did anything wrong (?)

    Hello Patrick 

    The process you described is correct. I inspected the account and the form, and it seems there is some difficulty with that specific form. I kindly ask you to try the cloning from a url process instead.

    From my tests this process solves this situation.

    I did not know we could clone from a url...

    That worked great and is so easy. Problem is now solved :-)
