Allowing multiple selections

Hello!

I just created my first form with you and when I embeded it into my website I found that my users cannot make multiple selections on some of the radio buttons. I have some that ask the user to make all selections that apply, however the form only allows one choice. Is there something I can do to adjust that setting?

Radio buttons cannot be use for multiple selections. I would suggest using the checkbox instead. See example below:
