why my subscription gets over with only 10 submissions?

Hi, I have been using Jot forms for past 2 months. I have observed that after every 10 successful submissions made I start getting email that my this month submission quota got over so wait for next month to start new cycle. 

Is it happening because I have 10 SSL Submission per month? If yes then what is the purpose of 100 submission per month given in free plan?
