When I receive email notifications, they come from JotForm instead of the applicant's name like before.

I used to get email notifications when someone filled out an application and the sender's address was the applicant's name.  Now, the sender says JotForm  with the subject: Notification 1.  I have to open every email to see who the applicant is.  How did this change and how can I change it back?

    Thanks, Sheila

I just made some tests and I can get the name as the sender name in the submission.

Probably the email client you are using is taking "noreply@jotform.com"  and showing it "JotForm" .

There is a workaround to still get the notifications with the Submitter Name and email address, please check this guide in order to find out more details.
